Official Rules of the Birthday Sweepstakes
Eligibility
1. Age Requirement: Contestants must be at least 18 years old at the time of the trip (April 23, 2025).
2. Birthday Requirement: To qualify as a contestant, your birthday must fall between April 23 and May 4.
3. Nominations: Individuals may enter themselves or nominate a friend or family member as a contestant.
Entry Process
4. Entry Fee: Each entry requires a $50 USD non-refundable fee.
5. Number of Entries: Contestants may enter the sweepstakes up to five (5) times. Each entry increases the chances of winning.
6. Submission Deadline: All entries must be submitted by midnight EST on February 28, 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
7. Payment Methods: To submit an entry, please send $50 using one of the following payment methods:

8. Nominee Information: Enter by submitting payment and messaging through email (phoenixtriberetreats@yahoo.com) and or text message (+1 407 639-9193). Each entry must include the nominee’s: Full Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, Phone Number
Prize Details
9. Trip Dates: The trip will take place from April 23 to May 4, 2025.
10. Prize Value: All trip expenses, totaling $3,999, will be covered (not including the flights in and out of Egypt).
11. Non-Transferable: The trip prize cannot be transferred to another person or rescheduled for another date.
Winner Selection and Notification
12. Random Drawing: One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries in a recorded video event between March 1 and March 3, 2025, contestants will be notified of the drawing time and results.
13. Winner Verification: The winner must present a valid ID or passport to claim the prize.
14. Forfeiture: If the selected winner cannot attend the trip for any reason, they forfeit the prize, and a second drawing will be conducted to select a new winner.
Additional Rules
15. Non-Refundable: Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
16. Non-winning contestants will have three (3) days (72 hours) after the drawing to decide if they will join the pilgrimage (provided that we have not reached the 45 participant limit) and must send their 1st payment of $1999.50 within that time, they may deduct from the trip cost all entry $ that was submitted in their name.
17. If a sweepstakes contestant has prepaid for the trip before the drawing date, either in full or in part, and subsequently wins the sweepstakes, the total amount they prepaid will be refunded to their account (please allow up to 14 business days for refund processing). Please note that entry fees for the sweepstakes are non-refundable, even if the contestant has a winning ticket.
18. If a contestant has prepaid for the trip but does not win the sweepstakes and then decides to cancel their reservation, they may request a full refund of their payment until midnight EST on March 3, 2025. After this deadline, standard cancellation policies will apply.

By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
